Everything there is to do on the land
A pond with a bridge over it, a flower garden, two watch towers, a plantation walk that ends at the processing unit, and a pathway loop connecting all of it with somewhere to sit along the way. Some of it is Phase 1. Some of it comes later — and we say which.
On the plan
Every element, as it was briefed
Taken straight from the site requirement sheet and the site plan drawings — nothing added.
Artificial pond
A built pond at the centre of the landscape, with the pathway loop running to its edge.
Bridge structure
A bridge carrying the pathway across the water, drawn as part of the circulation loop.
Flower garden
Planted colour set against the moringa green, on the way between the stay units and the café.
Selfie point
One spot marked on the plan for the photograph everyone takes home.
Two watch towers
Two towers overlooking the plantation — the only way to see the whole 75,000 sq. ft. at once.
Moringa plantation walk
A walk through the standing plantation the property was designed around, ending at the moringa processing unit.
Gaming zone
An indoor games zone for families and groups, listed in the requirement sheet under the entertainment block.
Private theatre
A screening room on the farm, planned alongside the gaming zone.
Vegetable gardens
Two garden beds drawn beside the stay units, growing produce for the kitchen.
The pathway loop
Fully connected internal pathways in manufactured sand, with multiple sitting points along the whole route and MS sheds over parts of it.
Bonfire evening
A bonfire set up at your unit or in the common area. Listed as an add-on to a stay rather than something always burning.
Parking
Parking at the entrance, drawn as four SUV bays and two compact SUV bays beside the reception area.
Phasing
What you can do now, and what comes later
Phase 1 covers the essential stay units, the café, the workstation, parking, reception and the basic pathway network. Future phases add stay capacity, the gaming zone and private theatre, landscape upgrades and utility enhancements.
In the ground with the first phase, alongside the essential stay units, the café, the workstation, parking and reception.

Landscape work continues through the later phases, so parts of the pond, garden and pathway edges will keep improving after you first visit.
Listed in the requirement sheet under future phases, together with the expansion of stay, landscape upgrades and utility enhancements.
Gaming zone Future phase
An indoor games zone for families and groups, listed in the requirement sheet under the entertainment block.
Private theatre Future phase
A screening room on the farm, planned alongside the gaming zone.
We do not have a date for these. Ask us before you book if the gaming zone or the theatre is the reason you are coming, and we will tell you where the build has reached.

The caféOne day picnic spot near Vadodara
A day out that does not need a plan
Most people who come for a single day do the same loop without being told to. Park at the entrance, check in at reception, and walk. The pathways are fully connected and there are sitting points along the whole route, with MS sheds shading parts of it.
The walk takes in the artificial pond and the bridge across it, the flower garden, the selfie point and the standing moringa plantation, which ends at the processing unit. Two watch towers are the only place you can see all 75,000 sq. ft. at once. Lunch happens at the café, one level above the workstation block.
A bonfire can be set up at your unit or in the common area if the day runs late. The gaming zone and the private theatre are listed under future phases, so do not build a picnic around them yet — ask us first and we will say where the build has reached.

Weekend getaway from Ahmedabad
If one day is not enough
Stay the night and the same loop changes twice — once at first light through the plantation, once after dark from the towers. There are three A-frame houses, three mud houses, two container houses with two bedrooms each, and a large common structure for multiple tents.
Check in from 13:00, check out by 11:00.
We do not publish drive times we have not measured. Tell us whether you are coming from Ahmedabad, Vadodara or somewhere else, and the route and timing are confirmed on booking.
