Masterplan
Everything, laid out on 75,000 sq. ft.
Every zone the property was designed to hold, and roughly where it sits on the land. Hover or tap a block to see what is planned there and at what size.
This diagram is a schematic zoning guide, not a survey drawing. Zone positions are indicative; the dimensions quoted in each tooltip are the ones printed on the architectural sheets. Final positions follow the approved drawings on site.
The land
A plot measured, then worked around
Roughly 75,000 sq. ft., already under partial moringa cultivation when the design brief was written. The instruction to the architects was to keep as much of that plantation standing as possible and to fit the programme around it.

Core planning requirements
- Preserve the existing moringa plantation as much as possible
- Logical zoning of activities across the site
- Smooth movement through fully connected pathways
- Provision for water and electricity routing — current and future
- Sustainable and aesthetic integration with the farming already happening here
Circulation
Pathways connect every zone, with multiple sitting options along their length. The drawings show MS sheds over parts of the path and manufactured-sand surfacing, with a direction board at the entry sequence.
Utilities
Water lines and electricity lines are planned as routed infrastructure — sized for what is being built now and for the expansion that follows.
