This policy covers https://mearoh.com, the website of MeaRoh, a farm stay, café and workstation near Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

What this website collects
- Your name, email address and phone number, when you submit the booking request form, the enquiry or contact form, or the early-list form.
- The dates, number of guests and any message or notes you type into those forms.
- Your company name, if you choose to give it on a workstation or conference request.
- Your IP address and basic server logs (page requested, time, browser user agent), recorded automatically by the web server.
Nothing else is collected. There is no account to create, and no payment is taken on this website, so no card or bank details are entered here or stored here.
Why it is collected
- To answer your enquiry and reply to you.
- To check availability, confirm a booking request and manage your stay.
- To write to you if you asked to be told when bookings open.
- To keep the site working and to detect abuse of the forms (the IP address and logs).
How long it is kept
Booking records are kept for as long as the booking is active and afterwards for the period the property needs them for its accounts and records. Enquiries are kept until they are answered and closed. Early-list emails are kept until you ask to be removed. Server logs are short-lived and are overwritten in the ordinary course.

It is not sold
Your details are not sold, rented or traded. They are not passed to advertisers. They are seen by the MeaRoh team handling your booking or enquiry, and by nobody else, except where the law requires it.
Confirmation and reply emails are sent from the property's own mail server on its own domain. No third-party bulk-email or marketing platform is used to send them.
Cookies
- Session cookie. One cookie is set so the booking and enquiry forms remember your session and so the site can protect those forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). It is required for the forms to work and it expires when you close the browser.
No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are set by this site.
Asking for your data, or its deletion
Write to mycraveconsultancy@gmail.com and ask for a copy of what is held about you, a correction, or deletion. Deletion is carried out except where a record must be kept for accounting or legal reasons, and you will be told if that applies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date at the top.
